The location in the center of city
They gave room number 110 which too noisy. I would think that not suitable for the hotel room knowing it is too close to road and very noisy room. After complaing, they moved me to more quite room in the 2nd day.

Please find more flexible front desk people. Who know the difference of rules and humanity
The pool and the food was good, rooms are also good, bed comfortable
What i dont like is the staff they dont consider that i was traveling with a 2 months baby when i wanted to check out request at 1 pm as my baby was sleeping they did not Allowed by saying we will be charged, i was very confused with this hotel they did have any considration at all. They should at least train thier staff and front desk people about this. Other hotels arent like this at all, i know about the system that they have to clean up the room and all but 1 hour would not be a problem. Really disapointed with this kind of service. Please be more to flexible.

Food for breakfeast is good
Parking & lobi aren't sufficient Non smoking room, but smell smoke Info room number doesn't clear Room hasn't ready yet when we have arrived (>2pm) Long queing in the lobby, should add more customer service staff during peak day/hour
